Course description
The course explains the functionality and the handling of the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) module.
The Relationship Manager Workplace an the CRM Desk and with their Dashboards are the CRM instruments in the centre, where the different transactions like Issues, Contacts, Sales Opportunities and Campaigns can be displayed for a group of Clients (Relationship Manager Workplace) or for a single Client (CRM Desk).
The purpose and usage of the relevant business types are explained as well as the general concept how these modules work together.
 
Enhanced by several demonstrations and hands-on examples, the course participants will learn how to work with the fully integrated CRM Module with its clearly arranged 360-degree view of the clients.

Upon successful completion of this course every participant will know:
  • Understand the general concepts, functionalities and relations between the business Types.
  • Understand the implemented business processes in Avaloq CRM

Prerequisites
Before participating in this course, participants must have either attended the course “Avaloq Foundation (FOU)” or have equivalent knowledge and experience with the Avaloq Banking System.
