Course description
During this course, participants will develop and enhance their technical skill which will permit them to carry out credit transactions with the Avaloq Banking System.
Through a hands-on approach, the participants learn to open and maintain the credit opening process as well as the use of credit application in different business cases.
The course explores the entire array of actions required for a successful credit business. Furthermore, the credit specialist will be able to define in collaboration with a parameterisation specialist how the processes and functionality for credits have to be implemented and parameterised in the bank.
Objectives
Upon successful completion of this course every participant will
  • Apply the credit functionality independently and completely
  • Understand the implemented business processes and functionality in Avaloq for credits
  • Participate in further workshops in the implementation project to define new or adapted bank processes and/or define parameterisation items for the credit facilities
Target audience
Key Business User, implementations partners and parameterisation specialists from banks which are in the Avaloq implementation process.
Prerequisites
Before participating in this course, participants must have either attended the course “Avaloq Foundation (FOU)” or have equivalent knowledge and experience with the Avaloq Banking System.
Additionally, participants should have business knowledge in the area of credits, loans and mortgages.
