Course description
The Person object enables modelling of natural and legal persons and of entities without legal capacity and separates the personal and the business relationship data of a customer. The Person object supports a comprehensive customer representation containing relevant personal information. The combination of the Person object and the Business Partner object allows the modelling of bank customers, external parties and internal entities.
The Person object provides the basis for important functionality within the Avaloq Banking Suite including modelling client and account relationships, tax reporting and Anti Money Laundering (AML) reporting. The Person object is therefore central to every Avaloq project and interacts with almost all areas within the Avaloq Banking Suite.
This course will provide an overview of the main concepts involved in modelling bank customers and the capabilities provided by the Person object.
The participants will learn how to use the Person object from a business point of view as well as gaining an understanding of how it integrates with the Business Partner object and impacts key functionality within the Avaloq Banking Suite. The theoretical knowhow is enriched with specific modelling examples and both theoretical and hands-on exercises.

This course has been developed in collaboration with www.ayaval.ch
