Overview, for Avaloq Certified Professionals, of the most significant and interesting customisation implications of developments delivered during the second half of 2016.
 
Course description
This course is the first in a series of ‘Delta’ courses. Delta courses are the new re-accreditation (re-certification) channel for Avaloq Certified Professionals and will capture most of the important and/or interesting changes which customisation specialists should have knowledge of to remain current with the evolving Avaloq Banking Suite. This course targets what’s new about customising the Avaloq Core Platform based on what has been brought to the market by Autumn 2016. It includes  features which have been back-ported to earlier releases and those which are release-independent.
 
In addition to hearing about new features, participants will, in particular, be taught the new way to customise workflows and DDIC validations and be given an opportunity to apply these methods during the virtual classroom day.
Objectives
Participants will learn about some of the most important and interesting new features, developments and other customisation impacts associated with releases in Autumn 2016 including:
  • Explain the new WFD, workflow command libraries and DDIC validations and use WFD, WFCL and DDIC Valid sources to implement workflows
  • Explain the key SDS concepts, benefits and customisation considerations
  • Know more efficient scripting methods
  • Be informed about interesting new features available from Autumn 2016
Target audience
Avaloq Certified Professionals and those wanting to know more about the customisation implications of new features and methods developed for releases up to Autumn 2016.
